This polyurethane mortar flooring project for a biopharmaceutical clean production center is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu, with a total installation area of approximately 4,800 m². The flooring is mainly applied in production workshops, clean processing areas, raw material handling zones and related auxiliary production spaces, where high wear resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance and long-term durability are essential. A polyurethane mortar flooring system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the substrate was inspected, ground, cleaned and locally repaired to ensure suitable conditions for the subsequent flooring system. During installation, particular attention was given to material thickness, surface flatness, transitions between different areas and edge finishing to ensure a stable and dense flooring system. The completed floor provides excellent wear resistance, compressive strength, chemical resistance, impact resistance and easy cleaning, meeting the requirements of equipment operation, daily foot traffic and routine cleaning in biopharmaceutical production. It provides a stable, durable and easy-to-maintain flooring environment for clean production spaces.
