This ESD epoxy flooring project for a medical laboratory testing center is located in Shanghai, with a total installation area of approximately 2,600 m². The flooring is mainly applied in medical laboratories, precision instrument testing areas, sample analysis zones and equipment operation areas, where effective static control, surface flatness, wear resistance and clean maintenance are important requirements. An ESD epoxy flooring system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the substrate was ground, cleaned, repaired and leveled, followed by the conductive layer and other required components of the antistatic flooring system. During application, particular attention was given to system thickness, surface flatness, antistatic performance and transitions between different areas to ensure a stable and reliable flooring system. The completed floor provides a smooth and dense surface with reliable antistatic performance, good wear resistance, dust control and easy maintenance. It meets the requirements of medical laboratory equipment, precision testing and daily laboratory operations, providing a stable, clean and professional flooring environment.
