This heavy-duty epoxy flooring project for a pharmaceutical production and warehousing center is located in Jinan, Shandong, with a total installation area of approximately 7,200 m². The flooring is mainly applied in pharmaceutical production support areas, finished goods warehouses, logistics corridors and equipment operation zones. These areas are exposed to forklifts, transport equipment and frequent personnel traffic, requiring high levels of wear resistance, compressive strength, impact resistance and long-term durability. A heavy-duty epoxy flooring system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the substrate was ground, cleaned, repaired at cracks and locally leveled to improve bonding stability between the substrate and the subsequent flooring system. During application, particular attention was given to the reinforced intermediate layer, overall system thickness, surface flatness and construction quality in logistics traffic areas to ensure the floor could withstand long-term intensive use. The completed floor provides a smooth and dense surface with excellent wear resistance, compressive strength, impact resistance, dust control and easy cleaning, meeting the requirements of pharmaceutical warehousing, logistics operations and production support areas while improving overall cleanliness and maintenance efficiency.
