Luxshare Precision (Qinghuang Campus)

The Luxshare Precision Qinghuang Campus project is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a planned flooring area of approximately 4,500 m². Based on the functional requirements of different areas within the industrial campus, a high-performance epoxy flooring system was applied across office areas, laboratory areas, public passageways, and related functional spaces. The epoxy flooring system provides good wear resistance, dust resistance, easy-clean performance, and a clean overall appearance, making it suitable for daily foot traffic, equipment operation, and long-term maintenance in high-frequency industrial environments. Through standardized substrate preparation, epoxy material application, and strict quality control, TUTR delivered a stable, durable, and easy-to-maintain industrial flooring system for the project.
