This wear-resistant epoxy flooring project for a hotel warehouse and equipment room area is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu, with a total installation area of approximately 2,400 m². The flooring is mainly applied in hotel storage areas, equipment rooms, engineering maintenance areas and back-of-house corridors. These spaces are regularly exposed to equipment movement, material handling and frequent personnel traffic, requiring good wear resistance, compressive strength, dust control and convenient cleaning and maintenance. A wear-resistant epoxy flooring system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the existing substrate was inspected, ground, cleaned, repaired at cracks and locally leveled to improve bonding stability between the substrate and the flooring system. During application, particular attention was given to intermediate layer thickness, surface flatness, wall-edge finishing and construction details around equipment areas to ensure long-term flooring stability. The completed floor provides a smooth and dense surface with good wear resistance, compressive strength, dust control and easy cleaning. It meets the daily operational requirements of hotel storage, equipment maintenance and back-of-house areas, while improving overall cleanliness and maintenance efficiency.
