This ESD PVC flooring project for a vocational college smart manufacturing training center covers approximately 3,600 m². The flooring is mainly used in electronics training labs, smart manufacturing teaching areas, precision equipment operation zones and related educational spaces, where effective static control, wear resistance, cleanliness and easy maintenance are essential. An ESD PVC flooring system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the substrate was ground, cleaned and leveled, with additional preparation carried out according to the requirements of the antistatic flooring system. During installation, particular attention was given to floor layout, joint accuracy, seam treatment and edge finishing to ensure overall system stability and a consistent appearance. The completed floor provides a clean and level surface with reliable antistatic performance, good wear resistance and easy maintenance, meeting the needs of smart manufacturing equipment, daily teaching activities and high-frequency foot traffic while providing a stable and clean flooring environment for modern vocational training spaces.
