UD Water-Based Polyurethane Mortar

UD Water-Based Polyurethane Mortar is a four-component,
colored water-based mortar flooring material
formulated with high-performance polyurethane resin,
special cement, graded silica sand,
and active pigments.
It provides a textured anti-slip surface
with excellent slip resistance,
together with good impact resistance,
damage resistance, chemical resistance,
and scrub resistance.
It can withstand heavy loads
and is applied at a thickness of 6–9 mm.

3
High-performance polyurethane
and high-strength cementitious silica sand
form a chemically hybrid composite structure.
The coating provides good resistance to damage
and maintains excellent toughness
under impact or deformation,
reducing the risk of cracking
or delamination.

4
Resistant to a wide range of organic acids,
alkalis, amines, salts, and solvents,
making it suitable for industrial environments
with demanding chemical-resistance requirements.

5
Its coefficient of thermal expansion
is similar to that of concrete.
Under normal thermal cycling,
there is minimal differential movement
between the coating and concrete substrate,
reducing the risk of delamination and cracking.
The system can maintain its physical properties
within a temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃.
A 9 mm thick system can withstand
high-temperature hot water
and steam cleaning.
