This project is located in the underground parking garage of Luxshare Precision Technology (Yancheng) Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of approximately 63,683 m². To meet the requirements of a large underground parking facility for wear resistance, compressive strength, dust control, and long-term durability, a concrete sealer flooring system was applied. Through a professional penetrating hardening process, the system effectively improves the overall hardness and density of the concrete substrate, significantly reducing common issues such as surface sanding, dusting, and powdering. The finished flooring provides excellent wear resistance, compressive strength, dust resistance, and impermeability, making it suitable for long-term vehicle traffic, parking, logistics operations, and high-frequency traffic conditions. It also offers good resistance to tire wear and is easy to clean and maintain. Upon completion, the floor provides a smooth, clean, durable, and visually consistent surface, helping maintain an orderly underground parking environment over long-term use. The project delivers a stable and reliable concrete sealer flooring solution for large-scale parking and transportation facilities.
