Tomore Medical (Shenzhen) Medical Device Production Base

This epoxy self-leveling flooring project for the Tomore Medical (Shenzhen) Medical Device Production Base currently covers approximately 3,200 m². The flooring is mainly used in production areas, assembly zones, inspection areas and internal circulation spaces, where floor flatness, cleanliness, wear resistance and easy daily maintenance are important requirements. An epoxy self-leveling flooring system was applied throughout the project. Before installation, the substrate was inspected, ground, cleaned and locally repaired to provide suitable conditions for the subsequent flooring system. During application, particular attention was given to substrate flatness, material flow, surface finish quality and transitions between different areas to ensure a smooth and consistent overall result. The completed floor provides a dense and level surface with good wear resistance, dust control and easy maintenance, meeting the requirements of medical device production for daily traffic, equipment use and clean environment management, while improving the overall cleanliness and professional appearance of the production area.
