This project is located at the health equipment manufacturing base of Guangdong Taiyi Health Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhongshan, Guangdong, with a total flooring area of approximately 3,370 m². To meet the requirements of the health equipment manufacturing industry for cleanliness, wear resistance, compressive strength, and efficient daily maintenance, an epoxy wear-resistant dustproof flooring system was applied across different functional zones. Approximately 2,930 m² of gray epoxy roller-coated flooring was installed in the production and storage areas, while approximately 440 m² of phthalo blue ultra-wear-resistant flooring was applied in key traffic and logistics areas. The combination of different flooring systems and colors clearly distinguishes production areas, storage areas, and logistics routes, helping optimize traffic flow and improve space management efficiency. The completed flooring offers excellent wear resistance, compressive strength, dust resistance, stain resistance, and easy maintenance, making it suitable for production equipment operation, personnel movement, and logistics transportation. The project provides a clean, stable, and easy-to-maintain production environment for health equipment manufacturing.
