This project is located in the production facility of Suzhou Lizhi Auto Parts Co., Ltd., with a total flooring area of approximately 7,907 m². To meet the requirements of automotive parts manufacturing environments for static control, cleanliness, wear resistance, and easy daily maintenance, a PVC anti-static sheet flooring system was installed. The system provides stable electrostatic dissipation performance, helping reduce static buildup generated during production operations, equipment operation, and personnel movement, thereby minimizing the risk of dust attraction and electrostatic interference affecting the quality of precision components. The PVC sheet flooring is installed with a smooth and tightly integrated finish, while the joints are professionally welded to create a continuous and complete surface with good wear resistance, stain resistance, slip resistance, and noise reduction performance. In addition, the dense floor surface is easy to clean and maintain, making it suitable for high-frequency use in automotive parts production workshops, public passageways, and related functional areas. The project provides a safe, clean, stable, and durable industrial flooring solution for the manufacturing facility.
