This PVC flooring project for an urban budget hotel is located in Zhengzhou, Henan, with a total installation area of approximately 3,600 m². The flooring is mainly applied in hotel guest rooms, guest room corridors, public passageways and selected service areas. These spaces experience frequent daily foot traffic, requiring good wear resistance, slip resistance, easy cleaning and long-term durability. A PVC flooring system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the existing substrate was inspected, ground, cleaned and leveled to ensure suitable flatness for the subsequent PVC flooring installation. During installation, particular attention was given to material layout, flooring joints, doorway edge finishing and wall perimeter details to ensure a coordinated appearance across guest rooms and corridors. The completed floor provides a smooth and clean appearance with good wear resistance, slip resistance, easy cleaning and convenient maintenance. It meets the long-term use requirements of hotel guest rooms and public passageways, while improving overall cleanliness and daily maintenance efficiency.
