This carpet installation project for the guest rooms and corridors of a business hotel chain is located in Changsha, Hunan, with a total installation area of approximately 2,800 m². The flooring is mainly applied in hotel guest room corridors, public lounge areas, selected meeting spaces and internal circulation areas, where wear resistance, noise reduction, comfort and convenient daily maintenance are important requirements. A commercial carpet system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the substrate flatness was inspected, followed by cleaning, local repairs and other necessary preparation work. During installation, particular attention was given to carpet layout, joint positioning, doorway transitions and edge finishing along walls to ensure a coordinated appearance across corridors and public areas. The completed flooring provides good underfoot comfort and effective noise reduction, while offering suitable wear resistance and convenient daily cleaning and maintenance. It meets the long-term traffic requirements of hotel guest room areas and public corridors, while improving the overall cleanliness and comfort of the interior environment.
