This Silicon PU sports flooring project for a corporate campus badminton court is located in Xiamen, Fujian, with a total installation area of approximately 1,200 m². The flooring is mainly applied to the campus badminton court, court-side buffer zones and employee leisure activity areas, supporting daily training, group activities and recreational fitness. Badminton involves rapid movement, sudden stops, directional changes and jumping, so the court requires good slip resistance, elastic cushioning and movement stability, while also providing sufficient wear resistance for frequent use. A Silicon PU sports flooring system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the existing substrate was inspected, followed by surface cleaning, local grinding, crack repair and flatness treatment to improve bonding stability between the substrate and the sports flooring system. During installation, the elastic layer, reinforced layer, colored topcoat and badminton court markings were applied in sequence. Particular attention was given to flooring thickness, surface flatness, anti-slip texture and edge finishing details. The completed court provides a smooth and uniform surface, clear colors and well-defined functional zones, with good elastic cushioning, slip resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance. It meets the requirements of employee badminton training, campus sports activities and long-term open use, while improving the overall appearance of the corporate sports environment.
