This polyurethane anti-slip weather-resistant flooring project for a logistics park outdoor parking lot is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, with a total installation area of approximately 2,800 m². The flooring is mainly applied to outdoor parking areas, vehicle traffic lanes, entrances and exits, turning areas and parking spaces. These areas experience frequent traffic from logistics vehicles and employee vehicles, including parking, turning and braking, requiring good wear resistance, slip resistance, compressive strength and long-term durability. As the parking lot is continuously exposed to outdoor conditions, the flooring must also withstand sunlight, rain, temperature fluctuations and continuous friction from vehicle tires. A polyurethane anti-slip weather-resistant flooring system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the existing concrete substrate was thoroughly inspected, followed by surface grinding, oil contamination removal, crack repair, local leveling and treatment of loose substrate areas to improve bonding stability between the substrate and the flooring system. During installation, the primer, reinforced intermediate layer, anti-slip textured layer and weather-resistant topcoat were applied in sequence. Particular attention was given to vehicle lanes, ramps, turning areas, drainage outlets and parking space boundaries. The completed parking surface is smooth and uniform, with clearly defined vehicle lanes and parking areas. It provides good wear resistance, slip resistance, weather resistance, compressive strength and easy cleaning, meeting the demands of frequent vehicle traffic and long-term outdoor use in the logistics park, while improving overall cleanliness and maintenance efficiency.
