Urban Forest Park Pedestrian Trail

This pedestrian trail flooring project for an urban forest park is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, with a total installation area of approximately 6,300 m². The flooring is mainly applied to park walkways, fitness trails, landscape connection areas and leisure paths through wooded areas. These outdoor spaces are exposed to regular walking, jogging and changing weather conditions, requiring good slip resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance and visual integration with the surrounding landscape. An outdoor polyurethane colored anti-slip flooring system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the existing concrete and asphalt substrates were inspected, cleaned, repaired at cracks, locally leveled and treated along edge areas to improve bonding stability between the substrate and the polyurethane flooring system. During installation, particular attention was given to material thickness, surface anti-slip texture, curved sections of the trail, color transitions, edge finishing and construction quality around drainage facilities to ensure long-term stability under outdoor conditions. The completed surface provides a natural and coordinated appearance, with good slip resistance, wear resistance, scratch resistance, weather resistance and easy maintenance. It meets the needs of walking, jogging, leisure activities and daily park use, while improving route identification and the overall quality of the forest park trail system.
