Riverside Ecological Park Colored Greenway

This colored greenway flooring project for a riverside ecological park is located in Wuhan, Hubei, with a total installation area of approximately 8,600 m². The flooring is mainly applied to pedestrian greenways, cycling paths, landscape connection areas and riverside leisure walkways. These outdoor areas are exposed to frequent pedestrian traffic, cycling activities and changing weather conditions, requiring good slip resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance and visual integration with the surrounding landscape. A colored anti-slip greenway flooring system was installed throughout the project. Before installation, the existing concrete and asphalt substrates were inspected, cleaned, locally repaired and treated for surface flatness to improve bonding stability between the substrate and the colored anti-slip layer. During installation, particular attention was given to material thickness, surface slip resistance, color zoning, edge finishing and construction details around drainage facilities to ensure long-term stability under outdoor conditions. The completed surface provides a natural and visually distinctive appearance, with good slip resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance and easy maintenance. It meets the needs of walking, cycling and daily recreational activities in the park, while improving the overall appearance and route identification of the riverside landscape.
