University Experimental Teaching Center – Raised ESD Flooring Project
Project Overview
University Experimental Teaching Center
This raised ESD flooring project for a university experimental teaching center covers approximately 2,900 m². The system is mainly used in electronics laboratories, computer teaching areas, precision instrument laboratories and equipment control zones, where static protection, load-bearing capacity, cable management and easy maintenance are important requirements. A raised ESD flooring system was installed throughout the project. Adjustable pedestals and raised floor panels create an underfloor space for convenient routing and maintenance of power cables, network lines and equipment services. During installation, particular attention was given to pedestal accuracy, floor level, panel alignment and edge finishing to ensure a stable and level flooring system. The completed floor provides reliable antistatic performance, good load-bearing capacity and convenient maintenance, while allowing easier adjustment of laboratory equipment and future cable modifications. It provides a stable, clean and functional flooring environment for university laboratories and precision equipment applications.
