Topstar Quang Chau – Building F

Located in Building F at Topstar Quang Chau, Vietnam, this project covers approximately 18,580 m² of PVC flooring. As a large-scale indoor flooring project, it required careful control of substrate flatness, installation continuity, joint accuracy and overall finish quality. Before installation, the existing substrate was inspected, ground and cleaned, with additional preparation carried out according to site conditions to provide a stable and level base. During installation, particular attention was given to floor layout, joint alignment, seam treatment and edge finishing to ensure smooth transitions between different areas and a consistent overall appearance. The completed PVC floor provides a clean, flat and durable surface that is easy to maintain and suitable for long-term use and daily foot traffic. Standardized substrate preparation and installation procedures also helped improve the overall cleanliness, practicality and finish quality of the space.
