The TTR100 series is a type of seamless special epoxy floor with a thin surface coating and different processes and materials used in the bottom and middle layers, which has high wear resistance.

 

It is mainly a decorative floor made on-site with substances such as epoxy resin paint and quartz sand.

 

It is mainly used for the decoration of the floors of industrial plants and parking lots, such as the plants in industries like electronics, electrical appliances, precision instruments, textile and clothing, printing, packaging, food, medicine, etc.

Seamless floor as a whole, beautiful, anti-corrosion and anti-mildew, easy to clean. Good adhesion to various substrates and high wear resistance.
Resistant to water, detergents and general chemicals.
The wear-resistant life is about 3 years.

Specification Varieties and Selection

It can be divided into different varieties according to the thickness.

 

Different thicknesses are adopted according to the flatness of the ground, the use requirements of the site and the wear-resistant life. The most commonly used thicknesses are 0.3mm, 0.4mm and 0.5mm, which are suitable for relatively flat base surfaces and light load-bearing occasions. A thickness of more than 1mm is suitable for uneven base surfaces and occasions with slightly higher requirements for aesthetics and load-bearing.

 

The surface color can be customized according to customer needs.
