This project is located in the production facility of Luxshare Precision Technology (Yancheng) Co., Ltd., covering workshop operation areas, storage areas, processing areas, and material handling routes, with a total flooring area of approximately 2,000 m². To meet the requirements of precision manufacturing environments for wear resistance, load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and cleanliness, an industrial-grade ultra-wear-resistant epoxy flooring system was applied. The system combines epoxy resin materials with high-strength wear-resistant aggregates to form a dense, strongly bonded, and continuous floor coating. The completed flooring provides excellent wear resistance, compressive strength, impact resistance, and scratch resistance, making it suitable for demanding industrial conditions such as frequent forklift traffic, heavy equipment operation, and material handling. In addition, the seamless surface offers good dust resistance, stain resistance, and easy maintenance, helping reduce dust accumulation and maintain a clean and orderly production environment over long-term use. Through standardized substrate preparation, epoxy application, and strict quality control, the project delivers a durable, safe, and easy-to-maintain industrial flooring solution for the precision electronics manufacturing facility.
