This project is located at Fenda Technology Park in Qingxi Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, covering precision electronics production workshops, assembly areas, storage areas, and logistics routes, with a total flooring area of approximately 3,200 m². To meet the requirements of precision electronics manufacturing environments for static control, cleanliness, wear resistance, and easy daily maintenance, an anti-static epoxy flooring system was applied. The system provides stable and continuous electrostatic dissipation, effectively removing static electricity generated by equipment operation, personnel movement, and material handling, thereby reducing the risk of electrostatic damage to precision electronic components, production equipment, and product quality. The flooring was installed as a seamless integrated system, creating a dense and smooth finished surface with excellent wear resistance, compressive strength, dust resistance, stain resistance, and easy-clean performance. It is suitable for demanding industrial conditions such as frequent forklift traffic, equipment operation, and high-intensity production activities. In addition, the flooring materials feature low odor and low VOC emissions, helping meet the requirements of electronics manufacturing facilities for safety, cleanliness, and long-term stable performance.
