Airei Malaysia Epoxy Flooring Project

Airei Precision Machinery Technology Malaysia Branch

This project covers the flooring works for the Malaysia branch of Dongguan Airei Precision Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of approximately 2,518 m². Based on the functional requirements and traffic intensity of different areas, the project adopted a combination of epoxy thin-coat flooring, ultra-wear-resistant flooring, and epoxy roller-coated systems. The production workshop features approximately 1,747 m² of light green epoxy thin-coat flooring, while the walkways use approximately 708 m² of light steel blue ultra-wear-resistant flooring. The staircases on both sides were finished with green epoxy roller-coated systems, covering approximately 25.4 m² and 37.73 m² respectively. Clear color zoning helps distinguish production areas, traffic routes, and staircase zones, improving overall organization and safety throughout the facility. The completed flooring provides excellent wear resistance, compressive strength, dust resistance, stain resistance, and easy maintenance, making it suitable for industrial environments involving machinery operation, personnel movement, and forklift traffic. The project delivers a clean, durable, and low-maintenance industrial flooring solution for the Malaysia production facility.
